Summary 03769: atarifb, soccer: Crowd noise too low
Description The background crowd noise in Atari Football and Atari Soccer is too low.
The volume was changed in MAME 0.123u6 from 1.0 to 0.18 (see attached driver compare).
Also the volume for Atari Baseball was changed (1.0 -> 0.24), but this was ok - you can clearly hear it.

These were fixes for 01019, which high volume levels were causing sample clipping. Unless you have something from the original as far as recording which gives us a relative level - I can't really accept this as a regression bug.
